Because of the love we have received from Jesus, it is our vision to share food with the hungry, and provide clothing and warmth to the homeless. Soul Food is a project run by volunteers offering a hot nutritious meal and hot drinks, free of charge, to the homeless and vulnerably housed four days a week.
Monday evenings including bank holidays: 7pm - 9pm
Wednesday evenings 7pm - 9pm
Thursday mornings 10am - 12am
Friday mornings 9.30am - 11.30am
The Bus Shelter Dorset is a registered charity.
We offer rough sleepers with a local connection to the area somewhere safe to stay and support them
Our double-decker bus has been renovated and includes sleeping pods for up to 20 people - 17 men upstairs and three women downstairs.
There is an area for volunteers to sleep, a consultation area, wood burner, seating area and toilets.
A fully-equipped kitchen trailer is attached.
When in use, people aboard will be offered the use of a PO box so that they are able to apply for work, register with GP and make benefit claims.

Coordinated by Weymouth Family Church The soup Kitchen runs on Saturday evenings urns of soup are taken to a drop of point in the town for those in need.
